If you have not and you are serious about excellent customer service and want your customers NEVER to forget YOU! Get the book!! I have been in business development and client services for over 23 years and I love my customers.  That&#8217;s right you have to LOVE YOUR CUSTOMERS to give them the best service.  Treat your customers like they are family &#8230;your children.  What would you do to them? You love them. You try to give them the best guidance. You try to take care of them.  You WANT them to know that they are special to you! How many of you TELL your customers, &#8220;You know, I appreciate you and the business you give me and it&#8217;s special to me!&#8221; Do you realize how far that statement can go with each of your valued customers? Do you know how much they want to hear that? If you don&#8217;t..then try it and see the results&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;..how much do you REALLY care about your customers,.i.e. family? Let&#8217;s hear some ways you stroke your customers!!!</p>
